Cancellation & Refund Policy
RADHE AARTS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the Vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
RADHE AARTS does not accept cancellation requests for Make To order items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 14 Days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 14 Days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by RADHE AARTS, it’ll take 3-5 Days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days of shipment from our facility. We will send you a fully insured, free shipping label via email within one business day of your return request. Note: Two complimentary returns are allowed per customer, per year. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 14 days.
To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.

- Non-Refundable Items
All RADHE AARTS engraved rings may be returned for credit, however, a repolishing fee of $20 will apply. Removal of RADHE AARTS engraving from any exchanged or resized ring is free, with no additional engraving fee.
Diamonds purchased as part of our RADHE AARTS Diamond Upgrade Program may not be returned for credit, but can be exchanged within 14 days.

- Non-Resizable Items
Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size; milgrain or ornate bands; some silver rings; or rings with alternative metals such as Tungsten cannot be resized, so please take care to order the correct ring size at time of purchase. - International Returns
Additional shipping charges may be incurred if packages are returned via alternate carriers (including, but not limited to Canada Post). RADHE AARTS reserves the right to charge your credit card for any fees we incur at time of package receipt.
- How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange
To return a diamond or jewelry item to RADHE AARTS, please follow the process below:
- 1. Select your carrier and initiate your return.
If returning within 14 days, a free shipping label will be emailed to you once you have initiated your return (limit of two complimentary returns per customer, per year). If returning outside of 14 days (for resizing, cleaning, or repairs), you may return your merchandise using the carrier of your choice. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box you are returning. Simply print the label and affix to the outside top portion of the box. We offer the following options to initiate your return:
- 2. Package your item(s) securely in the original packing materials
If your return is for refund or exchange, please include any diamond grading reports or appraisal(s). Diamond grading reports and appraisals are not required for repairs and resizes. If your item was delivered with a diamond report and that report is not returned, you will be liable for the cost to replace the grading report. The cost to replace a missing diamond grading report is $130 and is the direct fee paid the original diamond assessment institution to re-grade that diamond. (or equivalent amount in other currencies) For security reasons, do not write RADHE AARTS anywhere on the outside of the box.
- 3. Insuring your return shipment for its full purchase value is strongly recommended.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. If using our complimentary return service, the shipping label emailed to you includes insurance protection. If you are not using our complimentary service (ex. free return label quota already met, or returning for resizing, cleaning, or repairs outside of 14 days), we offer an expedited return shipping. A fully insured return shipping label is just $25.
